Small site changes and enhancements are continuous in eCommerce, some projects have long life cycles and complicated technical briefs, while others happen rapidly.

At SALU (skinstore, spalook, and skincarestore Au) I was responsible for scoping a project, interviewing stake-holders, and then providing mock-ups of proposed changes to be approved by the directors of Customer Experience, Marketing, and Merchandising before sending them to the front-end development team.
